2. Sketch Communication: Within 7 natural days after confirming requirements, the seller will provide a product design sketch, and you can carefully check the details;
3. Modification Rules: If you are not satisfied with the initial sketch, you can enjoy 2 free modification opportunities. A service fee of 💲30 will be charged for each modification exceeding 2 times;
4. Production Cycle: After confirming the final sketch, the product production cycle is 15-20 days, and handmade customization requires patience; 5. Receipt Notice: Please check the packaging and product integrity upon receiving the product. If there is any problem, please contact customer service within 48 hours.
