After the customer places an order, the seller will confirm the specific requirements of the custom product with the buyer via email or other social software, and provide a product sketch within 7 natural days. After the buyer confirms the sketch effect, the seller will start the product production process. If the buyer requests adjustments or is not satisfied with the initial sketch effect, 2 free modification opportunities are available; for sketch modification requests exceeding 2 times, a modification service fee of 💲30 will be charged for each modification.
