- Reference photo: Provide a clear, well-lit front/half-body photo without blurriness, obstructions, or excessive filters.
- Custom requirements: Note pet/person features, preferred style (realistic/minimalist), size and other details when placing the order.
- Revision times: 1-2 free minor adjustments are allowed during the sketch phase; no major revisions after coloring.
- Production cycle: 15-20 days (excluding logistics). Urgent orders require additional communication and expedited fees.
- Logistics & after-sales: Free shipping is included. Damaged items can be reported within 7 days of receipt; no returns or exchanges for non-quality issues.

Custom Product Notes: After the customer places an order, the seller will confirm the specific requirements of the custom product with the buyer via email or other social software, and provide a product sketch within 7 natural days. After the buyer confirms the sketch effect, the seller will start the product production process. If the buyer requests adjustments or is not satisfied with the initial sketch effect, 2 free modification opportunities are available; for sketch modification requests exceeding 2 times, a modification service fee of 💲30 will be charged for each modification.
